
Night Session Policy
Limited night sessions are available from 8pm to 8am. Please text or email to inquire for more information.Sessions are limited to 2 pets and 2 pet parents.
Center staff are not caregivers or health care professionals. If there is a medical emergency during your night session, please call 911 and contact your medical provider. If an emergency arises for the pets during your stay, please take them to the nearest emergency veterinarian hospital. A list will be provided by the Center upon check-in.
The Center is unable to accommodate pets with contagious diseases.
Pet parents are responsible to keep their pet’s vaccination schedule up to date (including flea treatments) as per their vet’s recommendation.
There is gated parking available.
Please bring what you need to make your stay comfortable. The Center will provide a Queen-size inflatable bed, clean sheets, 2 pillows, basic toiletries, and cover. Suggested items to bring might be your own ear plugs, sleep mask, personal blankets and pillows.
The Center is unable to accommodate any time extension if you are late for your appointment. Center staff need to clean up, sanitize, and rearrange Center furniture to accommodate members coming in for day time sessions.
There is a litter box, dry cat food, drinking water, cat snacks, cat toys, cat trees, cat brushes, etc. to help our feline friends stay more comfortably and help their bonding time with their pet parents. Pet parents may bring wet food for their pets. Pet parents are expected to clean up after their pets and/or themselves to help the center staff run the Center more efficiently and smoothly. It is much appreciated.
The Center is not responsible for any lost or stolen properties or personal items. Please make sure you have your personal items with you at all times.
The Center and its staff are not responsible for any unforeseen events, natural or unnatural, or any injuries that may occur during your stay.
The Center has the right to modify or change its policy as needed to accommodate the needs of its members, guests, and/or facilitators.
The Center reserves the right to refuse service.

All sales final. As a courtesy to other clients, appointments may be rescheduled 24 hours in advance. No refund is given.
